The restaurant

restaurant-chaource-troyesWorld cuisine, a la plancha, roasts, etc. Our restaurant combines gourmet food and pub style, also called « gastropub ». Depending on the seasons, we offer for example: a seafood counter in winter, Burgundy truffles in summer, penny buns in fall, etc.

Our menu changes every week and we prefer local produce, like our market garden produce and local foods: Champagne, chitterlings sausages, Chaource cheese from the farm, mushrooms from Cussangy, snails, free-range chickens, etc. Children have not been left out - our French fries are fresh and homemade.

Our wine menu has been selected by Stéphane, the sommelier in the family. He offers you a choice of wines by the glass, old vintage wines and an affordable monthly selection.

When the weather is fine, please do come and enjoy our terrace with panoramic view, in the middle of the Chaource country, less than 20 min from Troyes and on the edge of the Burgundy region !
